This section is intended to automate the business processes involved in the circulation of agribonds in accordance with the draft law “On Agribonds,” initiated by the deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The aforementioned draft law is aimed at increasing the accessibility of financing for agricultural producers by introducing a new credit instrument secured by future harvests and other types of collateral – either a commodity or financial agribond.

The creation and maintenance of the State Electronic Register of Agribond Holders (hereinafter referred to as the Register) will be carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Access to the Register’s databases will be provided through the Qoldau.kz web portal to agribond holders, agricultural producers, as well as employees of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive authorities, provided that they possess a legal entity’s electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Authority of Kazakhstan.
